Tony Neiman graduated in Classical Piano in 2004 from The Conservatorio di Musica L. Perosi in Campobasso, Italy. He then obtained the highest level of a masters degree at The Conservatorio di Musica A. Casella in L’Aquila, Italy,one of the top ranking music academies in Italy.In 2013 he received two awards for his compositions from the Italian Art and Culture Society, and in 2012, he received the Merit Award from The Norman Academy” for best emerging musical talent.
In 2012 and 2013 Tony was commission by Rai International television to compose two albums of songs for Italian Television. The most recent of these was for Ballaro! A very prestigious talk show in Italy.
Tony also created the opening theme song for the famous Radio program “Le Brave Ragazze” broadcast on RAI Radio 2. He also composed underscores for various programming on Rai Radio 2.
Since 2013 he also has the honor to be the Pianist at the ” Caffe Greco ” in Rome (Spanish steps) for special events.Is the oldest coffe-shop in Rome since 1760 where all the artist of the world use to meet. from Mark Twain to Goethe from Pasolini to the famous conductor Arturo Toscanini.
Among Tony’s most important works are his creations and performances with Piera Pizzi entitled “Colored Songs”, a night of famous evergreen and jazz standards rearranged in a fusion of jazz and classical stylings. And most recently, he composed the music for the theatrical show “Quarto Movimento” about the life story of Nahui Olin
